- Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
- Dice strawberries. In a bowl, add strawberries, yogurt, and dip mix. Stir to combine.
- Using 1⁄4 cup as a guide, scoop strawberry and yogurt mixture onto pan, forming 8 clusters, leaving space between each cluster.
- Freeze 45 min. The clusters should be frozen, but not rock solid.
- Meanwhile, in 4-cup, microwaveable bowl, add chocolate chips and oil, if using. Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until chocolate is smooth, about 1 min 30 sec.
- Remove frozen clusters from freezer. Using a large spoon or your hands, quickly dip each cluster into the melted chocolate and place back on sheet. Repeat with all clusters.
- Return to freezer for 5 min or until chocolate has hardened. Leave out of the freezer for 5 min to soften slightly before serving.
Instead of coating the frozen clusters with melted chocolate, just drizzle the chocolate on top!
