- Roughly chop half the cucumber and place in blender with tea and wine. Blend on high 1 min.
- Meanwhile, dice remaining cucumber and slice lime into wedges. Set aside.
- Slowly pour wine mixture through a sieve into a large pitcher. Use the back of a spoon to press down pulp to get as much liquid through the sieve as possible. Discard pulp.
- Stir in soda water, cucumber, and lime. Pour over ice into four glasses.
For your spritzers, try white wines varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, and Grenache Blanc—their aromatics and fruity flavours make them a great choice for cocktails!
For an extra splash of colour, stir in fresh or frozen, chopped strawberries or watermelon with the cucumber garnish.
