Toppings (optional): grated Parmesan cheese, Chili Flakes & Garlic Topper Blend
- In a 4-Cup Prep Bowl, combine seasoning, cream, and 1⁄2 cup water. Set aside.
- Chop broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces. Place cauliflower in Sauté Pan set over medium-high heat. Add remaining 1⁄2 cup water and bring to a boil. Cover; steam for 2 min or until slightly softened.
- Add seasoning mixture, gnocchi, and broccoli to pan. Bring back to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for 8–10 min, or until sauce is thick. Add toppings, if desired.
