- Cook pasta in large pot according to package directions. Drain.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk seasoning with cream and water. Set aside.
- Chop chicken into bite-size pieces. Heat oil in Sauté Pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry until cooked, about 5–7 min.
- Stir reserved seasoning mixture, cooked pasta, and tomatoes into pan. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low, and let simmer 1 min, or until sauce is thickened. Add spinach; stir until wilted.
Level up! Stir in some goat or feta cheese to the pasta before serving.
Serve with 2 cups leafy greens and 1 tbsp Epicure Dressing.
