- Preheat oven to 400° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
- In Multipurpose Steamer or Round Steamer, add chicken breast. Cover; microwave on medium (50% power) 8–9 min, or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine tomato sauce and seasoning.
- With two forks, shred chicken. Add beans and use Ground Meat Separator to mash. Stir in tomato sauce mixture.
- Arrange tortillas on pan. Spoon chicken mixture over one-half of each tortilla, then top with cheese. Fold tortillas over filling (they will be full!).
- Bake 5 min or until cheese melts and tortillas are light golden brown.
- Transfer quesadillas onto cutting board and slice each in half to serve.
Serve with 1 cup sliced veggies.
